  1. @30KARMEN it’s Marta (not Martha) 😉 Your body fat level is fine. Seems
    like you should focus on some resistance training and consuming a balanced
    meal plan to ensure your hormones are level. Lots of healthy fats also
    (nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, etc.). Keep a high level of
    fruits and veggies too!

    took me at least 4 months to get back on track.

  3. hi Martha i wrote you a while ago ! i told you that i have amenorrhea!i
    took some pils and my period came but i made some hormonal tests and they
    are under the normal limits!!i just measured my body fat and i have 14.4
    procent! is it too low?i am desperate …i am thinking that i won´t be able
    to have kids!

  4. my diet is based on all what you said but i am not skinny type girl ! i
    always used to have a little bit of fat! but in the last 6 month i trained
    harder and had consumed less calories ! i put on 3 kg in the last 2 month!
