  1. Donal (and Penny – though I’m a bit? late!) agreed – I especially like this port with very dark chocolate or with blue cheeses. Port and Stilton is the ‘classic’ match, but any strong blue cheese is great with it.

  2. -If you like? your wine sweet, but without leaving a lingering headache, this is your wine. Pairs well with desserts and great with chocolates!
